The House of Guidance Launceston (HGL) is the first Islamic Centre and Masjid offering high quality Islamic teaching and a gathering place for the Muslim Community in Launceston and Northern Tasmania, Australia.The Centre consists of the main Musallah (prayer hall) which can accommodate up to 300 people, a large, private Muslim Sisters Musallah and a separate multifunction hall which is currently used for education purposes (Madrasah), library (children and adults), children’s play areas (outdoor and indoor).  Additionally, Al-Maidah kitchen is available for catering and Community events.
